New Good Natured Outstanding Onions

The latest addition to the Good Natured family is Good Natured Outstanding Onions.

These kitchen heroes, ideal for adding flavour to hundreds of dishes, are grown using only natural predators (good bugs) to control pests (bad bugs) and disease, so you can be sure that the range is grown in harmony with Mother Nature and free from pesticide residue.

A truly international ingredient, the onion is the most widely consumed vegetable around the globe. Low in calories and high in fibre, they are also believed to help fight off illness thanks to their antioxidant properties.

To avoid tears, top chefs recommend running onions under cold water or splashing white vinegar on the chopping board when cutting up.
