The audience cheered on as FAO27 Ltd, the Scottish seafood export specialists, netted the award for Best Marketing Initiative, which was presented to them by Jon Mack on behalf of Bidvest Foodservice Scotland.

The award marked the creativity, innovation, imagination and clarity that FAO27 Ltd. had demonstrated in their marketing over the past year, which had delivered some great results for their business. This was a competitive category with entries from The Dunnet Bay Distillers, the Puffer Restaurant and Bar and in particular Applecross Smokehouse which was highly commended for its marketing initiatives.
