We make a range of delicious organic vegetarian cheeses. 

We pride ourselves on our organic status and our cows grazing the fertile clover which gives their milk an extra special taste.

Animal welfare, taking care of the stunning environment surrounding the farm and ensuring sustainability are just as important as the quality of the cheese we make.

Description: A creamy brie light fresh flavour when young developing to a fuller earthier flavour as it matures and would delight any cheeseboard.

CONNAGE CLAVA SMOKED: at the dairy with oak whisky barrel shavings

  • Description: A light crumbly cheese, with an open moist texture.  It has a delightfully fresh lemony flavour with a lingering creamy finish, which can vary subtly according to the seasons. Excellent for a cheeseboard or crumbled on a salad
