Loch Etive Trout are fed by cold, spring water streams and absorb the naturally occurring nutrients in that environment. The exceptional quality of the crystal-clear Scottish water in these regions plays an important role in creating an incredibly fresh fish with a delicate taste. We raise our trout in an environment that’s 99% water to 1% fish, setting us apart from larger-scale growers. We are widely recognised as the leaders in fish welfare having collaborated to create the first RSPCA trout standard in the UK and this is why chefs around the world ask for Loch Etive when buying fish. Our trout is now available to your home not only as whole fish but as portions and sides. Our partners Campbells Prime Meat are on hand for any delivery queries and our trout can be bought along side any of their other products such as fresh meat and game.
