Meat Monsters is an experiment. It’s an attempt to build a business around something we love doing, which doesn't compromise on the quality of the produce or ingredients it uses.
We are fiercely determined to support local, Scottish, and British producers (in that order) and to minimise our impact on the environment.
From our sustainably sourced wood and charcoal to our efforts to “close the loop” on our food packaging by using 100% compostable containers, wraps, cutlery, and cups etc.
The challenge is simple - can we build a commercially viable, ethical, and sustainable business given the costs and complexities involved with our approach.
