Industry Strategy

The Food & Drink industry launched its ambitious strategy for growth at the end of 2009. The strategy aims to generate an additional £2.5 bn turnover by 2017 through exploiting the growth markets of premium, health and provenance. It also has targets for Gross Value Add (GVA), R&D spend, productivity and exports.
